Hands-On Tendering Support
We provide expert, professional and practical help on preparing tenders. Our advice can be provided throughout the tendering process, including the pre-qualification stage and formal invitations to tender. Our support covers:

Bidding Health Check
A Bidding Health Check forensically examines your public sector tendering performance. It reviews the end-to-end process of past tenders you have submitted in order to pinpoint areas for improvement in future tenders and increase your chances of success. We provide clear advice on which aspects of your tenders you should retain, which need changing, and which you should avoid in future.
Typically around three tenders are reviewed to provide sufficient coverage and enable trends or themes to be identified. Following the review, you will be provided with a detailed report of findings and recommendations for future action.
Bid Coaching
A tailored coaching workshop is developed and delivered to your key staff responsible for dealing with the public sector - e.g. senior executives, client and account managers, bid coordinators, and customer service managers. Coaching is targeted at building on your knowledge of the sector and increasing your chances of winning and retaining business with public bodies.
Our coaching is carefully customised to meet your specific needs and circumstances - in terms of your industry sector, your preferred/target client area (e.g. central government, local government, NHS, Higher Education etc), and any particular issues or lessons learned from previous tenders.
