Costs
For Hands-On Tendering support, because tender and RFP documents vary enormously in size and complexity, as does the amount of support our clients want from us, our usual approach is to charge on a hourly basis for this service. For all projects we would discuss with you at the outset how much of our involvement you might need, and provide you with a written quote in advance, based on our best estimate of the amount of support required. We are also happy to consider other costing models such as a fixed or capped rate, or a risk/reward approach based on a reduced fee plus a success bonus paid only when you win.
For our other services – Bidding Health Checks and Bid Coaching – once we have agreed the scope and deliverables with the client (eg. Number of tenders/RFPs to be reviewed, content and length of the workshop to be delivered) we provide a fixed price quotation for undertaking the engagement.
